What dogs can use Max Care?
Max Care is labeled for dogs of all breeds and sizes that are at least 12 weeks old. Always follow the serving directions on the current product label.
Speak with your veterinarian before introducing a new supplement if your dog is pregnant, nursing, taking medication, preparing for surgery, has a known medical condition, has food allergies, or is under veterinary care.
How many soft chews are in one tub?
Each Max Care tub contains 150 soft chews. How long one tub lasts depends on your dog’s weight and daily serving.
What flavor are the chews?
Max Care Soft Chews have a natural chicken and beef flavor. Individual preferences vary, so introduce the chew gradually if your dog is selective with new foods or supplements.
How soon may I notice a difference?
Every dog is different. Some pet parents may notice changes in coat softness, daily comfort, or energy within the first several weeks, while joint and whole-body support often benefit from consistent daily use over a longer period.

What are the principal active ingredients?
The current label lists the following active amounts per chew:
- Salmon oil: 600 mg
- Omega-3 fatty acids: 360 mg
- EPA: 240 mg
- DHA: 120 mg
- Omega-6 fatty acids: 72 mg
- Omega-9 fatty acids: 108 mg
- Glucosamine HCl: 400 mg
- Chondroitin sulfate: 200 mg

Why does Max Care include salmon oil?
Salmon oil provides omega fatty acids, including EPA and DHA, that help support healthy skin, coat shine, normal inflammatory balance, joint comfort, heart health, cognitive function, and overall wellness.
What does Antarctic krill oil provide?
Antarctic krill oil is a marine source of omega fatty acids and naturally occurring astaxanthin. It complements the salmon oil in the Max Care formula.
Why are glucosamine and chondroitin used together?
Glucosamine helps support healthy cartilage, joint structure, flexibility, and mobility. Chondroitin helps support joint cushioning, lubrication, and cartilage resilience. Together, they provide complementary daily joint support.

Directions and daily use
How many chews should I give my dog?
The current daily feeding guide is:
- Up to 25 lbs: 1 soft chew daily
- 26–50 lbs: 2 soft chews daily
- 51–75 lbs: 3 soft chews daily
- Over 75 lbs: 4 soft chews daily
Give daily according to the label or as directed by your veterinarian.
Can I give all of the daily chews at once?
The labeled daily amount may generally be given together unless your veterinarian recommends splitting it. Dogs with sensitive stomachs may do better when the serving is divided or given with a meal.
Should Max Care be given with food?
Max Care may be offered as a treat or with a meal. Giving a new supplement with food may be helpful for dogs with sensitive stomachs.
What should I do if I miss a day?
Resume the normal labeled serving the next day. Do not double the daily amount unless your veterinarian specifically directs you to do so.
Can Max Care be used with other supplements or medications?
Ask your veterinarian before combining supplements or using Max Care with medication. This is especially important for dogs taking anticoagulants, anti-inflammatory medication, or other products containing omega oils, glucosamine, chondroitin, or overlapping vitamins.
What should I do if my dog has an adverse reaction?
Stop use and contact your veterinarian if your dog develops a concerning reaction, if an existing condition worsens, or if your dog does not improve as expected.

How should I store Max Care?
Keep the container tightly closed and store it according to the label in a cool, dry place away from excessive heat, moisture, direct sunlight, children, and animals. Do not use the product if the seal is broken or the contents appear damaged, contaminated, or altered.

How does a Max Care subscription work?
When you choose Subscribe & Save, your selected quantity is delivered automatically according to the frequency shown before checkout. The payment method on file is charged for each recurring order until you cancel.

Can I pause, delay, change the date, or cancel?
Yes. You may pause, delay, change your next order date, skip a shipment, update your delivery frequency, or cancel at any time using one of these methods:

When must I make a subscription change?
Submit changes before the next recurring order enters processing. A cancellation or schedule change submitted after an order has been processed, charged, sent to fulfillment, or shipped will apply to future renewals but may not stop that order.
Does canceling a subscription refund an existing order?
No. Canceling stops future recurring billing and delivery. It does not automatically refund an order that has already been processed or shipped. Eligible delivered orders may still qualify under the 30-Day Happiness Guarantee.

Where does ryfie ship?
ryfie currently ships only to valid delivery addresses within the United States. International shipping is not currently available.
How quickly will my order ship?
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 24–48 business hours. Orders placed before 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time on a business day will usually ship the same day, although same-day shipment is not guaranteed.
Business days exclude weekends, federal holidays, carrier holidays, weather closures, and other fulfillment interruptions.
When will I receive tracking information?
Tracking is sent promptly when the shipping label is created and the order is marked as shipped. The carrier may take several hours, and occasionally until the next business day, to display the first acceptance scan.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Contact ryfie immediately through live chat or help@ryfie.com. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.
What should I do if tracking says delivered but the package is missing?
First check the delivery area, mailbox, parcel lockers, household members, neighbors, building staff, and the carrier. If the package remains missing, contact help@ryfie.com promptly with your order number.
What if my order arrives damaged, open, or incomplete?
Do not use a product that appears damaged, leaking, open, contaminated, unusually hot, wet, or tampered with. Contact help@ryfie.com with your order number, photos of the shipping carton and product, packaging details, and lot information when available.

Returns and happiness guarantee
What is the 30-Day Happiness Guarantee?
If you do not love an eligible product purchased directly from the official ryfie online store, contact us within 30 calendar days after delivery. ryfie will gladly refund the eligible product purchase price according to the Return Policy.
Can an opened product qualify?
Yes. An opened eligible product may qualify because we understand that a pet parent may need to try the product before deciding whether it is a good fit.
Do I have to mail the product back?
Usually, no return is required for an opened consumable pet product. ryfie may request photographs, packaging, lot information, remaining product, proof of purchase, or return of an unopened item in certain circumstances. Do not mail a product back unless ryfie provides instructions.
Are shipping charges refundable?
Original shipping charges and optional expedited-service fees are generally not refundable unless the shipment was incorrect, damaged, defective, or applicable law requires otherwise.
