No fuss. No barking. If you do not love your eligible Ryfie purchase, contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery and we will gladly refund the full purchase price of the eligible product. Our goal is to make the process kind, simple, and fair.
Eligibility
The guarantee applies to products purchased directly from Ryfie’s online store. Contact us within 30 days of the recorded delivery date and provide the order number, purchaser name, and a brief description of the issue. The guarantee is intended for genuine household use and is limited to one refund per product per household unless we approve otherwise.
Do I need to send it back?
Usually, no return is required for an opened consumable pet product. For unopened products, suspected quality issues, unusually large quantities, repeated claims, or fraud-prevention purposes, we may provide a prepaid return label or request photographs, lot information, remaining product, or packaging. Do not mail a product back unless we provide instructions.
Refund timing and method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method for the product purchase price. Original shipping charges and premium or expedited shipping fees are not refundable unless the order was incorrect, damaged, defective, or applicable law requires otherwise. Financial institutions may take several business days to post a refund after we issue it.
Items outside the guarantee
The guarantee does not cover purchases from unauthorized third-party sellers, shipping damage not timely reported, misuse, failure to follow label directions, intentional abuse of the policy, or products obtained through fraud. Gift cards are generally nonrefundable except where required by law. These exclusions do not limit rights available for defective, adulterated, mislabeled, or nonconforming goods.
Adverse reactions or quality concerns
Stop using the product and contact a veterinarian if your animal experiences a concerning reaction or if its condition worsens. Contact us promptly with the product name, lot or batch information, best-by date, purchase details, animal species, age and weight, amount administered, timing, symptoms, and veterinary information when available. Serious animal-health events may also be reported to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration through its animal-food reporting channels.
Your legal rights
This voluntary guarantee is in addition to rights and remedies that may apply under federal law, South Carolina law, or the law of your state. Nothing in this policy limits nonwaivable rights relating to defective or misrepresented goods.
