This policy explains how ryfie, a resolti service, handles information when you visit this website, send a project brief, or use a ryfie service.
1. Information you choose to provide
When you send a project brief, we collect the details entered in the form, such as your name, email address, business name, what the business offers, and what you want the website to accomplish. If you later become a customer, we may also receive the content, images, business details, account information, change requests, and support communications needed to provide the service.
2. Information collected automatically
Our hosting and security providers may process ordinary technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, timestamps, and diagnostic or security logs. This website does not currently use advertising trackers or marketing cookies.
3. How information is used
- To review and respond to project briefs.
- To create, host, maintain, and support requested websites.
- To carry out or clarify website change requests.
- To protect the service, prevent abuse, and diagnose failures.
- To meet legal obligations and enforce applicable agreements.
4. AI-assisted features
When you use ryfie AI, the text of your request and relevant website context may be processed to interpret and carry out the change. Do not include passwords, payment-card details, health information, or other highly sensitive personal data in a general change request. Some requests may be reviewed by a person when clarification, safety, or confirmation is needed.
5. How information is shared
We may share information with service providers that help us host, secure, operate, and support the service, only for those purposes. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transaction involving the service. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. Retention and security
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including providing the service, maintaining business records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to ask about, access, correct, delete, or limit certain uses of personal information. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing. To make a request, use the project form, enter “Privacy request” as the business name, and explain the request in the final field. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
8. Children
The ryfie website and services are intended for business owners and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. Third-party services
A customer website may connect to payment processors, booking tools, review platforms, social networks, or other third-party services. Their own terms and privacy practices govern the information they process.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service changes. The date at the top shows when this version was last revised. Material changes will be presented in an appropriate way.
11. Questions
Use the project form and label your message “Privacy question.” A dedicated production privacy contact remains a launch configuration item and will be added once verified.
