These terms govern access to the ryfie website and any ryfie service you order. ryfie is a resolti service. Additional written order details may apply to a specific project; if they conflict with these general terms, the specific written order controls.
1. Using this website
You may use this website for lawful business purposes. You may not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, scrape the service in a way that harms its availability, or use it to violate another person’s rights.
2. The ryfie service
ryfie may provide strategy, writing, creative direction, responsive website design and build, launch support, hosting, maintenance, website capabilities, and AI-assisted changes. The exact scope is the scope confirmed for your project. Features that depend on third parties may be subject to their availability and rules.
3. Pricing and third-party costs
The standard offer presented on this website is $99 one time for design and launch, plus $25 per month for the ongoing service. Taxes, payment-processing fees, premium applications, uncommon domain costs, and complex custom integrations may be separate. Any non-standard cost will be disclosed for approval before it is added. Final billing, renewal, cancellation, and transfer details will be shown before purchase.
4. Your materials and responsibilities
You retain rights in materials you provide. You give ryfie permission to use, reproduce, adapt, and display those materials as needed to create and operate your website. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for anything you provide, and that your business information, prices, claims, instructions, and regulated disclosures are accurate.
5. ryfie materials and service platform
ryfie and its licensors retain rights in the service platform, tools, systems, code, processes, and pre-existing materials. Rights to use the finished customer-facing website and any project-specific deliverables will be described in the project or purchase terms. Nothing here transfers ownership of the underlying ryfie platform or third-party technology.
6. Approval and changes
You are responsible for reviewing the website before approval and for checking consequential changes after launch. Ordinary changes may be requested through ryfie AI. A request may be paused for clarification or confirmation when it affects payments, legal language, privacy, account access, regulated claims, or other sensitive settings.
7. AI-assisted features
AI-assisted output can be incomplete or inaccurate. You should review important dates, amounts, instructions, claims, and regulated information. Do not use ryfie AI to create unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or harmful content, or as a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or compliance advice.
8. Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep the service reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Maintenance, security events, network failures, third-party outages, and events beyond reasonable control can affect availability. The service may evolve, provided that changes do not remove paid core functionality without appropriate notice or remedy.
9. Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or suspended when reasonably necessary to address nonpayment, security risk, unlawful use, infringement, harm to the service, or a material breach of these terms. Specific cancellation, website export, domain transfer, and end-of-service arrangements will be presented before purchase and may vary based on third-party services.
10. Disclaimers
To the extent allowed by law, the website and service are provided without implied guarantees beyond those expressly stated in an applicable order. ryfie does not guarantee search rankings, sales, revenue, traffic, or other business outcomes.
11. Limits of liability
To the extent allowed by law, resolti and ryfie will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities. Any aggregate liability relating to a service will not exceed the amount paid for that service during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some laws do not allow certain limitations, so they may not apply to you.
12. General terms
If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining parts continue. A failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. You may not transfer your agreement without consent; ryfie may transfer it as part of a reorganization or transaction involving the service. Applicable law governs without overriding consumer protections that cannot legally be waived.
13. Changes and questions
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated in an appropriate way and apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise. Questions can be sent through the project form labeled “Terms question.” Dedicated production legal contact details remain a launch configuration item and will be added once verified.
