The $99 first payment reserves and begins the strategy, design, build, and launch work. The $29 monthly service begins 30 days later and can be cancelled before a future renewal.
1. Cancelling the monthly service
You may cancel future renewals from the account billing area or through ryfie support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current paid monthly period. Your website and hosted features remain available through that date unless the account is suspended for a separate reason. We do not charge another monthly renewal after an effective cancellation.
2. The $99 setup payment
If you cancel before substantive strategy, writing, design, production, or provider work begins, contact support promptly and ryfie will refund the $99 setup payment. Once substantive work begins, the setup payment is generally nonrefundable because it pays for reserved production capacity and work already performed. If ryfie determines it cannot provide the ordered service, ryfie will refund the unearned setup amount.
3. Monthly renewals
Monthly charges are generally nonrefundable after a renewal period begins. We will correct duplicate or erroneous charges, provide refunds required by law, and review exceptional service failures in good faith. Cancelling does not create a partial-period refund unless required by law or expressly approved by ryfie.
4. Third-party and usage charges
Domain registrations or renewals, postage and shipping labels, payment processing, paid applications, marketplace costs, usage charges, premium assets, and other third-party fees are nonrefundable after they are incurred unless the provider reverses the charge or applicable law requires otherwise. Any refundable provider amount ryfie receives for your charge will be passed through to you, less any amount the provider lawfully retains.
5. Billing problems
Report an unrecognized, duplicate, or incorrect charge through support as soon as possible. Include the account email, charge date, and amount, but never send a complete card number. We may ask for information needed to verify the account and investigate with the payment provider.
6. After cancellation
The hosted website and ryfie features stop when the paid service period ends. During the active term and for 30 days afterward, you may request the supported exports described in the Terms of Service. Domain transfer rights are separate from the hosted website and remain subject to registrar and account requirements.
